We all have our own goals. We all have our own ideas of how we would like to look and feel. Unfortunately very few of us ever reach these goals. We start on a path to a better healthier lifestyle and we fall off that very path shortly afterwards. I've personally fallen off this path many times.My philosophy is to make healthy eating and training a lifestyle choice rather than a short term goal. Lets think long term!! If you are starting from zero you will benefit far more from small gradual changes in diet over a longer period of time, rather than a drastic change which is not sustainable. A healthy diet, a training routine and some consistency are all that is needed. Think where you could be 3,6,12 months from now if you were to make these changes today.

In 2014 I finally followed my passion and qualified as a NEFPC personal trainer. I had always wanted a career in health and fitness but like many of us I fell into a job I had no interest in and the years passed by. Long story short I quit my job and got my qualifications and I will never look back. Also I have never been happier. Having achieved a transformation from being extremely skinny to where I am today I know what it takes to work for your goals. I also know that no matter what your goals are they are achievable. All it takes is you!
