What does Fitlife Online Coaching involve?

Coaching and classes are 2 very different things. Our focus is on working together with you and coaching you to consistently progress towards your goals without completely disrupting your lifestyle. Our plans focus on developing habits and behaviours that will stick with you long term. When developing your plan, we will take into account your goals, your current lifestyle, your work, your available time, your training history, your diet history, your struggles, your strengths, your weaknesses and lots more. We will empower you with the tools and knowledge so that you can continually chase down your goals long after you’re done with us.

With almost a decade coaching experience under our belts, we have seen it all.

We understand that consistency beats perfection every time. So developing a plan that allows you a degree of flexibility is key.

We understand that the most advanced thing you can do is the basics, consistently.

With our coaching we aim to accomplish 3 things.

  1. Help you to reach your goals.

  2. Teach you everything you need to know about the process.

  3. To help you develop a healthier mentality and approach when it comes to your diet, your training and your relationship with yourself.

What happens after I sign up?

When you sign up, you will receive a welcome email with the download link for our training app, a Par-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) to ensure you are medically cleared to exercise, and also a consultation form. Your consultation form will give us all the info we need to write your training plan (background on health, training, nutrition, equipment available, days available to train etc.) and we can tailor your training plan to your level and goals.


Each workout is delivered on the app where there are workout instructions, tutorial videos for each exercise and also some full video workouts to follow. The goal with the training is repetition and progressive overload, so we look to improve weekly on reps/sets etc. You track and log each workout on the app, and then we can see it on our end which helps us to track progression.

The app also syncs up with myfitnesspal and your fitbit/apple watch so we can monitor your calorie intake.

We have a facebook group which we use for support, meal ideas, community etc.

Our brand new members lounge here on the website gives all of our members access to a whole range of extras including our workout of the week (extra video workouts uploaded weekly), calorie & macronutrient guides, recipe books consisting of 30 recipes (new edition every month), guides to eating from your favourite fast food take outs, general tips and lots more.

We use the coaching to help educate and simplify as much as possible when it comes to diet and nutrition. This is where the real value is. Coaching is a 2 way street and we will work together to determine the road blocks you face and come up with a solution that keeps you on the right path.

We then have a 1 on 1 coaching call every 2 weeks to check in and assess how things are going. This is where you get individualk attention from your coach, discuss your progress so far and make any necessary changes to keep you progressing.

The 12 week plan is currently on special offer for €299 and it can be paid upfront, in split, or in 3 x monthly payments.
