I have been with Ruair for over 3 years now. He was recommended to me by a friend. I was anxious about joining a new Gym as I had bad experiences before. After meeting with Ruair he offered for me to join in on a few classes before decided on anything. I have never looked back since. I have completed two Tough mudders ( never thought I would ever do that). Some of my daily walks are 10k. I had always had weight problems and due to suffering from depression and anxiety I found it even more difficult. Ruair being an advocate for this helped me immensely as he understood it's that bit harder some days and never put pressure on me. I am doing Ruair's online coaching at the moment due to lockdown but he is still as supportive, knowledgeable and Passionate as always. I would highly recommend Ruair he is not just a Gym instructor/ personal trainer/ online coach, he is an all round Genuine, lovely Guy. Ruairi is a great trainer. He knows what hes talking about, as for weight loss- he has explained how to be in a calorie deficit and if you were to have some treats/drinks or a takeaway at the weekends, to keep some calories from each day so you can enjoy yourself, so your not restricting constantly because its not sustainable. Hes so motivational, makes you concentrate more on how you feel (ex: do your clothes feel less tight etc) More than what the scales says! Highly recommend everyone to go to him for 1 to 1 training or Classes, whichever your comfortable with because you wont regret it! He reminds you how good exercise is for your mentality aswell! 10/10 recommend!

‘‘I really enjoyed my online coaching experience. Its the first time i have done this and was unsure if it would work for me. However ruairi is constantly there for any guidance or questions you may have and is great at motivating you. The group is also very helpful were we can all connect with people who are on a fitness and health journey like ourselves. Workouts are updated to constantly push you more. I have lost weight but more so i can see my body changing and toning up. For the first time i could properly use kettlebells and weights and can definitely see the definition in my arms and shoulders. I love everything about Fitlife.

I love it. Its very tailored to your own lifestyle, not 'cult like' which i can find with some fitness groups. I love all the workouts and planner, makes it easy to plan your workouts to fit your week, some weeks are more hectic than others so I like that I can move my workouts around. The workouts are quick snappy and effective and the videos are brilliant and have definatly helped me gain more confidence to workout in the gym because I feel I know what doing. Ruairi is a lovely person too with serious passion for what he does, you can tell he has a genuine interest for the well being of others and wants to help people become their best.
